Chris Hoagland "Hoagie"

Coach Hoagie started KBA Prime in 2019 with Coach Nate. Coach Hoagie has been a leader in the Lexington Baseball Scene for 25+ years. He has coached ages 7u - 18u baseball and been a hitting instructor at Kentucky Youth Baseball Academy for 11 years. Coach Hoagie has not limited himself to coaching only baseball as he was also the Bourbon Co. Girls Basketball Coach for 3 years and Kentucky School for the Deaf (KSD) Men's Basketball Coach for 2 years. He has held many offices in local leagues such as; President of Southwest Pony (3 yrs), VP Kirklevington Baseball, and South Lexington Babe Ruth (Past 6 yrs). Coach Hoagie coached along side Coach Nate for the past 8 years until he decided to take a step back in 2022 and start coaching 9u baseball (his true love). Now his plan is to coach his powerhouse 9u team all the way through 18u.
