Derek Reeves

For over two decades, I have been dedicated to the world of baseball coaching. With a career spanning
from tee ball to high school, I have shaped the skills, character, and aspirations of many young athletes.
My coaching career took off when I started working with tee ball players. My approach to coaching
helped these budding baseball enthusiasts take their first steps on the diamond. I instilled in them a love
for the game, teaching not only the basics of hitting, fielding, and throwing but also the importance of
sportsmanship and teamwork. I moved on to coach several youth baseball teams, where I continued to
emphasize the fundamentals while nurturing the potential of young athletes. My dedication to
developing well-rounded players who understood the mental and physical aspects of the game set me apart as a coach who truly cared about his players; growth.My leadership extends beyond the field, as I
have mentored players in life lessons that would serve them well beyond their high school years.
